These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CN Landscaping LLC website at cnlandscapingco.com and any services provided by CN Landscaping LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website without permission
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
  • Impersonate CN Landscaping LLC or any other person or entity

Services and Estimates

Information provided on our website about our landscaping services is for general informational purposes. All estimates and proposals are subject to the following conditions:

  • Estimates are not binding contracts. A written estimate or proposal does not constitute a binding agreement until both parties sign a formal service contract.
  • Pricing may change. Material costs, labor rates, and project scope can change between the time an estimate is provided and when work begins. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.
  • Site conditions. Estimates are based on visible site conditions at the time of assessment. Hidden conditions (buried utilities, rock, contaminated soil, etc.) discovered during work may affect the final cost.
  • Permits and approvals. The client is responsible for obtaining any required HOA approvals. CN Landscaping will assist with building permits as needed, and permit fees are typically included in the project cost.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each individual service contract. General payment policies include:

  • A deposit is required before work begins, as specified in the service contract
  • Progress payments may be required for larger projects at milestones defined in the contract
  • Final payment is due upon completion and client walk-through of the project
  • We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers

Project Warranties

CN Landscaping LLC stands behind our work. Warranty terms vary by service type and are detailed in each service contract. General warranty information:

  • Hardscape installations (patios, retaining walls, walkways) include a workmanship warranty as specified in your contract
  • Plant material warranties, if offered, cover the establishment period as specified in your contract
  • Warranties do not cover damage from acts of nature, improper use, or failure to maintain as recommended

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, CN Landscaping LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of CN Landscaping LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

SMS/Text Message Terms

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from CN Landscaping LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Types of Messages

CN Landscaping LLC may send the following types of text messages:

  • Transactional messages: Appointment confirmations, estimate follow-ups, project updates, scheduling reminders, and service-related communications
  • Marketing messages: Seasonal promotions, special offers, and service announcements (only if you have opted in to marketing messages)

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent as needed based on your service interactions. Marketing messages, if opted in, are limited to no more than 4 messages per month.

Costs

CN Landscaping LLC does not charge for text messages. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Check with your carrier if you are unsure about your plan's messaging costs.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of all text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from CN Landscaping LLC. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Privacy

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
